There will be two separate leaderboards, so the players can choose to compete in one or in both in the same time. The two competitions are: 2010 Alpine MTT and 2010 Nordic Combined Poker Championship. The Alpine MTT Championship has a prize pool of $12,500 and consists in Daily Olympic Tournaments with Buy-ins ranging from $2 to $109, and a main event, the “Tournament of Champions”. Each winner of an MTT event will be rewarded a special Olympic accolade and the top five players will win free entries into the Alpine Championship Grand Final. The more events you finish in the top 5, the bigger your stack will be at the Grand Final. Top 5 players in the Alpine Championship Grand Final win WSOP Seats and the next 20 will receive cash prizes. The second Carbon Poker competition, the Nordic Combined Poker Championship, has a prize pool of $15,000. All you need to do, in order to get your share of the prize pool is to win VIP Points by playing on real money at ring games, SNG's and MTT's. Top 100 players on the Nordic Olympic Leaderboard win cash prizes and top 10 will receive exclusive Olympic Accolades. |
