The 2010 finalists are Netherlands and Spain. Nobody was expecting this, but in this World Cup final act, will fight for the golden trophy two teams that never won it before.The final will take place on 11th July at Johannesburg on the Soccer City Stadium. The Netherland’s national team has five different nicknames by which fans refer to: Oranje, The Flying Dutchmen, Clockwork Orange, Orange Alert and Dutch Masters. Clockwork Orange reached for the first time in 32 years the World Cup final after defeating Uruguay with 3-2. According to the FIFA statistics, the extraordinary game of Dutch players helped the team to set a new record: 14 consecutive wins in a World Cup campaign, including qualifiers and tournament. On the other side Spain managed to defeat a very strong German national team counting on seven Barcelona players. One of them, Carles Puyol scored the winning goal, sending Spain to the final.
